Replicate an Image in Midjourney.

Hello Guys! I recently started making art on Midjourney. I tested a couple of ideas but I am struggling with an picture that I want to replicate.
I watched a couple of videos, asked to chatgpt but Midjourney does not understand. What should I do to realize this peace?

That’s awesome you’ve started creating with Midjourney—definitely a powerful tool for art. I’d love to help you with that picture you’re trying to replicate.
To get you the best advice, could you tell me a bit more?
  1. What kind of image are you trying to create? (Feel free to upload it if it’s a reference photo.)
  2. What prompts have you tried so far?
  3. What exactly goes wrong? (Is it the style, composition, colors, subject, etc. that Midjourney is getting wrong?)
  4. Are you using version 5.2, 6, or something else?
Once I understand what you’re going for and what’s not working, I can help you tweak the prompt or maybe guide you on structuring it better.

Looks like you are looking for a step by step process to recreate a an image in Midjourney from a photo that you upload. Right?
Well I would be very interested to see a response here. The YouTube videos go way too fast even if I set the speed of the video to 75%. Here's one such video on YT that might help

Something happened with the embed code, fixed it. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.

I don't claim to be an expert, was hoping this would prove to be a "group effort" where people might share their expertise and build some sort of community apart from tool-specific (and operated) Discords. So that we all can learn something, myself included.

I've all but given up trying to keep up with the deluge of constant changes, developments, and updates. By the time you figure out one tool, another comes along to one-up it or a huge update renders it obsolete. Anyone really doing this on a serious level seems to be chest-deep into tools like ComfyUI or self-hosted models that I just don't have the time (or $$) to invest in. The rest just seems to be thirst trap anime pictures.

I've been building some other sites that curate videos from YouTube, maybe I need to implement something like that here. 🤔

Completely wide open to suggestions on improving the site, and getting people to participate, because you're right. It's languishing hard.

And no, I've never had much luck getting any tool (esp. MJ) to "replicate" an image.

Hey! Midjourney is awesome but yeah, it can be stubborn. Try making your prompt more detailed—style, colors, mood, all that. Using a reference image helps a lot too. If you want, share your prompt—I can help fix it up!
