Help creating similar images

I am 98% sure that this image is AI generated, mostly due to the weird hat that's hiding in her hairline. I want to create similar looking images, but I don't know what prompts I should use to get this art style effect. Can anyone help me out? I'm an AI art newbie, but I have been poking at it for a little while and understand the basics. I am using Automatic 1111.

Have you watched youTube videos about creating ai prompts? There are a few. It might help you a little.

Also, some ai tools (like ideogram.ai) show you the prompts used. You might look for similar art and check the prompt and then play around with it.

feed it back into MJ or DALL-E asking for a prompt (or "/describe" I think in MJ) and see if it will give you something close. Season to taste.
