Ok so that looks like it was done with Stable Diffusions Deforum Extension. If you have an adequately powerful machine (You are going to need an NVIDIA Graphics card with at least 4GB of VRAM and maybe 50GB of free HDD space) - you can install the AUTOMATIC 1111 version of Stable Diffusion...
If you are on the free plan you only get to train one model per month - the next level of subscription allows you to train up to 10.

It could be a lack of training data? I'm not massively familiar with Leonardo.ai - but this is not a problem with Midjourney (Image attached) - I Just had an attempt at prompting "Donald Trump with green skin" on Leonardo.ai - and it worked first time - can you provide a bit more detail about...
It's amazing - but it's not quite there yet.
Unless you are already a VFX artist - in which case your job just got a whole lot easier.
For the average joe - it's too glitchy with no simple fixes.
It is a paid for service that i think is too expensive at $15 per month.
But I was able to convert my voice into David Attenboroughs with a reasonable amount of success.

I also got access today - I had a play with the text effect. It's ok.
The image generation isnt very good at all in my opinion.
It can't hold a candle to midjourney.
Some of the bits like inpainting and changing facial expressions look interesting but not of that functionality is live yet...

Overall I'm very impressed.
But unless you only want very simple work or have Blender and After Effects skills - it is going to be of limited use.
